I was treated professionally and with respect. Work was accomplished as explained beforehand. All employees were acknowledged me with a smile and a warm greeting. Waiting area is comfortable and adaptive for remote computing, business, or just relaxing while waiting.
Dave Banner and the excellent maintenance guys identified the problem within a short time of me dropping the car off and after ordering the parts the car was ready the next day. So far (only been a few days) the problem seems to be fixed.
Would recommend Cadillac if a friend was looking to buy one. Service advisor is William-good guy; got me scheduled in the days/time frame that I needed; kept me advised of what was going on with my car; answered all of my questions.
